For East Neuk Tabletop’s last event of 2014 we’ve decided to make some changes to the set up.
We’ll now be starting at 1pm. So we have a 4 hour slot in the Upper Hall to enjoy tabletop games of all forms. Whether you want to play 1 game for 4 hours or 8 games of 30 minutes each we leave that to you!
I’m helping to launch a new tabletop games club in the East Neuk of Fife along with David Wright of A 2nd Chapter. Whether you’re into boardgames, roleplaying games, wargames, cardgames or whatnot you’re welcome to come along and join the fun! Our first event is today. More details here:
And yes the acronym is ENT which any Tolkien fan will tell you is also a giant tree-like creature. How fortuitous! *ahem*. According to the Lord of the Rings wiki, the word Ent derives from an Anglo-Saxon word meaning Giant and refers to all manner of large humanoid creatures.
Anyhoo… here’s hoping from this acorn, a mighty oak will grow!
